PAMELA McKINLAY AREINZ
PM Realty Licensee
PM Realty - Licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
Pamela established PM Realty MREINZ in 2001 after 30 very successful years in the property industry.
Pamela commenced her property career in the area of interior design and colour consultancy which she found she had a natural flair for. With an interest in property firmly established she moved to residential sales in 1980. Wanting to obtain a greater appreciation and understanding of a number of facets within the industry she made a further move into commercial sales and leasing in the early 1980’s. It was from here that Pamela acquired a passion for commercial property and entered a role as a Commercial Property Manager gaining the status of both AREINZ and membership of the Property Management Institute in 1989.
From this background Pamela’s vision of a specialized boutique Real Estate Company was to take shape. Pamela was determined that the foundation stones of PM Realty would be based on integrity and service to all of PM Realty’s clients regardless of investment level.
PM Realty recognises the stress often experienced by vendors and purchasers when negotiating real estate transactions. Wendy Brennan was therefore an excellent partner and a natural progression to share the vision of PM Realty to create a helpful, informative, co-operative and successful experience for all PM Realty clients.
